Our own European Teleperformance Training Institute runs a range of specialist contact centre management courses, from Contact Centre Director to Team Leader. Staff can also train for recognised industry qualifications including a BA in Contact Centre Management, NVQs and Institute of Leadership & Management programmes.
An Internet-based knowledge assessment tool is used to test specific client knowledge and assess training effectiveness, with company-wide recognition schemes used to help enhance staff loyalty and motivation.
