Teleperformance in Bristol has current vacancies in our Bristol office for a full-time, permanent Welsh speaking inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our Identity and Passport Service account.
Each Customer Service Advisor on the Identity and Passport Service answers general inbound queries, including progress enquiries, assists in filling out application forms, books appointments for callers wishing to apply in person at a Passport office and provides directions to these offices. Authentication by Interview (ABI) is an extension of what we already do for the Identity and Passport Service. Our role is to book appointments for the public at one of 69 offices around the country to verify their identity as part of their Passport application process. Each Customer Service Advisor will need to be security cleared in order to join the wider team at a later date. There can also be some associated outbound work.
• You will have previous customer service experience and will be professional and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• You will be confident and articulate and possess good PC skills
• You will be able to use your initiative in a busy high profile working environment, and maintain a professional business image at all times
• Good general education with passes at GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English an essential
• Fluency in Welsh essential
