Job Description

We are currently seeking Telesales Advisors to existing campaigns we have at our Birmingham site. The purpose of this role is to make outbound customer sales calls, ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times on behalf of our client & to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

The Selection Criteria

Experience

•Minimum of 6 months sales experience preferably in a contact centre environment
•Experience within a FSA (Financial Services Authority) environment
•Experience of working towards and achieving targets

Qualifications

•GCSE level or equivalent

•Excellent numerical skills
