Job Description

To develop, motivate, coach and organise trainees to achive campaign/account objectives, by delivering set training material in a customised fashion appropriate to your audience

The Selection Criteria

Experience

Proven experience(1-2yrs) in a training, education and coaching or similiar environment
Solid knowledge of an inbound and outbound environment
Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics
Strong written and oral communication

Qualifications

National senior certificate or equivalent
Desirable:
Training Certification
Tertiary Education Qualification

Skills/personal attributes

Excellent presentation skills
A passion for organising and coordinating
A peoples person with the ability to adapt to and adjust to different audience
Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
